Typically I work with business owners for 6 months or more, meeting monthly online to formulate and review objectives, strategies and tactics. Sessions are often supported with my kit of interactive white board tools that help focus and accelerate strategic planning with both individuals and teams.

To start with I offer a real world view of your brand strengths and weaknesses.  Then I help you to get laser focused on your point of difference,  your business advantages and the challenges or knowledge gaps you need to deal with to create success.
