It’s really interesting to see that Exclusive Content is listed as the most popular reason for subscribing. Creating a heightened experience for your subscription customers has to be one of the best ways to stand out from the crowd. As examples, pre-release samples, cocktail recipe cards, tasting notes, brand partnership goodies and exclusive merchandise can all add value and encourage customer loyalty.

Time saving, convenience and good value are all more obvious benefits.

The other key to driving customer engagement is creating experiencing that are more tailored, be that through the additional products offered or the information you share that meets particular interests.
